You can set the ring time in your Routing page to something high such as 1000 seconds to ensure calls don’t go to your Air Landline voicemail.
To do this, visit the Routing page (https://airlandline.co.uk/login) then where it says “Ring for this many seconds:” change it to 1000 and click save.
If this doesn’t work and you find calls are still going to the landline voicemail, please email us and we can remove the voicemail step from your Routing page.
