How can I divert to another number if the first one doesn’t answer?

If you divert calls to multiple mobile numbers, by default, all numbers will ring at the same time and the first one to pick up answers the call.

If you’d like the mobile numbers to ring in a specific order, such that it only rings the next mobile number if the previous mobile number doesn’t answer, just tap “+ Forward if no answer” in the Routing page of the Control Panel (see red arrow on the image on this page). This will add another step to your Routing page where you can add another number to divert to. You can add multiple steps if you’d like to divert sequentially to more numbers.

We recommend ticking the “Require keypad press” option in all of the call forward steps in the Routing page to prevent calls being answered by any of the mobiles’ voicemails if any are offline or engaged.
