I’m afraid there isn’t a ‘pause’ option for the billing as it costs us to keep the numbers. You could cancel it however the number would then be removed from our system so if you return you’d get a completely different number as we wouldn’t be able to regain the same number.
If you simply mean that you want to stop calls ringing on your mobile, then let us know and we can remove the diversion for you, but keep your billing active.
